Step 1: Open the Node Video Application.
Step 2: Click on + Icon and Import the Video that you wanna Edit.
Step 3: Now, click on + Icon and Click on Asset Store.
Step 4: With Lighten Selected in the Menu Bar, Select Glow Effect.
Step 5: Select the Glow According to your needs, Click on Eye Dropper Tool and Choose any of the Color you Want. (Select White Color to get the White Glow, Yellow Color to get Yellow Glow, etc..)
Step 6: Adjust the Scattering, Threshold X, Y values and Intensity Values according to your needs. ( Higher the Value, the More Glow you Get and Lower the Value, the Less Glow you Get ).
Step 7: Tip: Increase the Blur Value to get the Glowy Atmosphere.
