Step 2: Click on Video Icon.
Step 3: Click on Create New.
Step 4: Select 3 Horizontal Layered Video.
Step 5: Click on the Canvas ratio Icon to Set the Canvas ratio according to our needs.
Step 6: Choose the Canvas ratio to 9:16.
Step 7: Click on the + Icon to Choose the Video’s from our Gallery.
Step 8: You can Adjust the Frame of the Video Manually.
