Most of the People who are willing to buy a new Camera, get confused whether to buy a Dslr or a Mirrorless Camera. These are the Two Most Popular options for Professional as well as Amateur Photographers.

Let me Start from the very basic for the People who are new to Camera Technological World.

Dslr stands for Digital Single Lens Reflex. Basically on a Dslr Camera a mirror has to move, for the light to come and hit the Camera Sensor. Then it will allow you to see through the camera’s viewfinder and through the lens.

On the other hand, Mirrorless Cameras, as the name itself suggests it’s a Mirrorless Camera. Light Passes directly through the Lenses and hits the Camera’s Sensor and you can see the Preview in Electronic Viewfinder (EVF) or you can also see it on the Camera’s rear LCD Screen.

Dslr Cameras are Large in Size and Weight Compared to Mirrorless Cameras due to the mechanism of Mirror and the Optical Viewfinder.

Mirrorless Cameras are doesn’t have a mirror mechanism, so it is very compact and lighter compared to Dslr Cameras.

Dslr Cameras due to mirror mechanism, it comes up with Optical viewfinder.

Mirrorless Cameras are come with electronic technological system, also known as Electronic viewfinder.

Dslr cameras have longer battery life compared to mirrorless cameras because of optical viewfinder mechanism.

The Electronic mechanism technology the EVF, consume more power, leading to shorter battery life.
